2) Eligibility / 17+ audience
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
4) Accounts
4.1 Creating an account
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information (including your name/username/email where requested) and keep it up to date.
4.2 Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.3 Account actions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or pose a security risk.
5) Your content
The Services may allow you to upload or create content, such as photos of products, skincare notes, routines, and logs (“User Content”).
Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
License to operate the Services: You grant CuffiFlow a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services (e.g., syncing, backup, rendering, generating requested outputs). This license ends when your User Content is deleted, subject to legal/backup retention.
Your responsibility: You represent you have the rights needed to provide User Content and it does not violate any law or third‑party rights.
6) Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Do not disrupt the Services or introduce malware.
- Do not reverse engineer or extract source code except where prohibited by law.
- Do not harass, abuse, or harm others.
7) Optional AI-assisted features
The Services may offer optional AI-assisted features. If you choose to use them, you instruct us to process the text/images you submit to generate outputs for you.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all purposes, and should not be treated as professional advice.
8) Intellectual property
The Services (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to CuffiFlow and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless we give you written permission.
9) Third-party services
The Services may interact with third-party services (for example, device platform services). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuffiFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No medical advice. Skincare logging, notes, and outputs are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuffiFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuffiFlow’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CuffiFlow for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CuffiFlow from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will stop.
14) Changes to the services or terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice in the App. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
15) Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of CuffiFlow Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Binding arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Class action waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
16) Miscellaneous
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a business transfer.
- Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement between you and CuffiFlow regarding the Services.
